“If pressed to define myself, I always say I’m a cultural producer. The way I see it, my role, my work is simply to produce objects in different formats, and I usually challenge myself to do something I’ve never done before. The different projects and works I’ve done are all orientated towards this type of collaboration, towards the quest for a much more hybrid output and knowledge.
I tend to work in multiple layers in my creative process, and also in formalisation and development […] I’m concerned with the idea of utopia in this present moment, which is critical for thinking about the future … I’m very interested in exploring how, when we encounter difficulty, we look to the future in order to comprehend the now.”
